Effective teamwork is critical to the success of any venture, whether it be an expedition to the North Pole or reaching your company's sales targets. PDC has been working with teams for over 10 years. We have helped select air ambulance teams, military teams, worked with corporate teams and helped in the selection process for teams being formed to work on particular projects.
Our development programmes are about more than just building a raft and having a laugh (although having fun is part of the deal). They are carefully facilitated to get the maximum results for your specific group's needs and, through a variety of different challenges, both indoors and out, are guaranteed to improve morale and empower individuals to work more cohesively and effectively as a unit, getting the best from each other.
